Buttered Nerd

I'm so so sick of my failed attempts to study. The fact that all my friends are done with their papers doesn't help. Or the fact that my non-friends are done with their papers too. I especially hate that the people-i-hate are done with their papers as well.. Good thing my list of people-i-hate is not particularly long. Well, not longer than usual anyway..

Everytime, i log on to FB i see more people put up pictures of their grad trips. Like people come back from their trip, uploaded their pictures, their friends comment on their grad trip pics until got nothing to comment alr, and i'm still studying.

To the readers who are done with their exams, i envy you so much i'm turning green!!
not the pretty green, but the mouldy and gross drain water kind of green, bleh..

Well at least i had fun at Butter on fri, loved the music, the beautiful people, and my whisky dry.

alright, so maybe our lives + shop have been uneventful lately, 

especially with me dedicating all my waking hours to prime and cf, 

and joyce preparing for her last two papers.

but surprises are in the making, we promise. (: 

In the mean time, do tell us if you like the cropped, dipped hem tank, cos if response is good, we'll be producing something like that for the next launch. 

we honestly honestly can't wait to take the time off to concentrate on the shop. 

digressing a little,

Sorry!! i didn't realize photobooth makes stuff turn out mirror imaged (is that even the right word?) .

i kinda assumed it was like any other camera. 

i don't know what i feel about going for the finals though, its honestly kinda daunting. 

everyone else has been in the industry full time for like, years? 

while i spend my days studying random useless things like econometrics. 

gosh. 

the only consolation is that i'll be going through this with two of the very few people 

i can seriously say, have earned my respect. 

and actually, i doubt i'd even be here without them pushing me all the way. 

time to start creating the perfect cucumber foam for Childhood Flames (don't laugh at the name la, it was a last minute 11th hour thing ok. lol)

the very supportive regulars have been my guinea pigs, 

paying top dollar for a cocktail created by yours truly. 

Doubt you guys will ever be reading this, but thanks!

its funny how i spend 5 nights a week dispensing drinks and cocktails,

yet i can't even REMEMBER the last time i sat down with friends for drinks.

tomorrow i'm gonna chop chop close the bar (pardon me, i don't think theres even a proper way to say that), hopefully before 1am, 

and hop on over to butter to meet joyce and co. 

who's also taking a night off studying.
